Golfnut update May 31st

13 golfers teed it up on Sunday under ideal weather conditions. The course played tough and scores were reflected by the tough set up. No one broke 80 this week and there were only 3 birdies. Tim McClintick was medalist with an 80. Joe Wenzel chipped one in on # 7 for a birdie, Steve McDowell birdied # 5 and the shot of the day goes to Gary Toubeau for his approach shot on number 14 for a kick in birdie. Mickey Winkler returned to action but Fred Girardini remains on the DL list.
Steve McDowell will be fishing next weekend, Reno heads to Colorado with his family and I will be visiting Brett in California and playing Torrey Pines.
EZ Bill will be 80 years young on June 2nd and will be playing with some new clubs next Sunday so bring lots of quarters. We have 4 tee times with the first tee time at 8 am. We have 6 openings.
IN - Tim McClintick, Benny Hayes, EZ Bill, Joe Wenzel, Rick Kirkbride, Jerry Schraeder, Dee Benway, Mickey Winkler, Bob Kooy, Rick Farnan
