Rick Farnan was sensational with 3 birdies on Sunday

11 golfers teed it up on Sunday. Tony King and Dan Kirwan shared medalist honors with 80. Dan birdied 9,11 and 18. Rick "birdman" Farnan also posted 3 birdies on 7, 15 and 18 chipping in on 18 for the shot of the day. Frank Bradley joined the group . There will be a board meeting at Hooters immediately following golf to discuss the upcoming Hooters World Championship which will be held August 29th. We have 3 tee times next Sunday starting at 8:20 am. We are full.

Joe nearly aced # 17

Alabama Golfnut Kevin Andrews heads back home after 3 years in Peoria

10 golfers teed it up on Sunday. Tony King and Dan Sordelet shared medalist honors with 79. Tony King and Gary Toubeau birdied # 3 and EZ Bill and Joe Wenzel birdied # 17 for the only birdies of the day. Hooters World Championship is August 29th. Joe Wenzel stuck his tee shot close on #17 within a foot of an ace for the shot of the day. Kevin Andrews played his final round with the Golfnuts and returns home to Alabama where he plans to spend some time on the "Redneck Riviera." We have 3 tee times next Sunday starting at 8 am. We have 2 openings.

Tim lines up his putt with George and Benny's help

Tony hit a wedge from 90 yards into the hole for an eagle three on the tough par 5 number 17 at the Legacy in Las Vegas, NV.

Tim, Benny and Tony traveled to Las Vegas for some desert golf with host George Lange. Back home at Kellogg, Dan Sordelet posted a 77 for medalist honors. The Hooters World Championship is August 29th. We have 3 tee times for next Sunday starting at 8 am and there are 3 openings.

12 golfers teed it up on Sunday July 4th. Tony King was medalist with a 78 and a birdie on # 1. Mickey Winkler and Dan Sordelet both posted 79's. Steve McDowell posted the only other birdie on # 18.
