Alabama Golfnut Kevin Andrews heads back home after 3 years in Peoria
10 golfers teed it up on Sunday. Tony King and Dan Sordelet shared medalist honors with 79. Tony King and Gary Toubeau birdied # 3 and EZ Bill and Joe Wenzel birdied # 17 for the only birdies of the day. Hooters World Championship is August 29th. Joe Wenzel stuck his tee shot close on #17 within a foot of an ace for the shot of the day. Kevin Andrews played his final round with the Golfnuts and returns home to Alabama where he plans to spend some time on the "Redneck Riviera." We have 3 tee times next Sunday starting at 8 am. We have 2 openings.
