Welcome to 2012 Golfnut Season

Welcome to the 2012 Golfnut season. We have been together since 1999. This year will bring some changes to the group. There will be a money game every week. It will be required to participate in the cash game. We will maintain scores, handicaps and stableford averages every week at the golf course. We will establish controls to ensure everyone has an equal chance to win. We will begin play ASAP at Donovan GC and move to Kellogg GC when it opens.

This year there will be two types of Golfnut members, regulars and subs. A regular will be required to play golf twice a month and participate in a rotation for obtaining tee times. Regulars will have preferential privilege to play every Sunday. (A regular must declare by Thursday)

Subs are golfers who cannot play on a regular basis (twice per month) and do not desire to assist with acquiring tee times. A sub can play anytime there is an opening and no regular requests the opening by the Thursday deadline. (Subs can request the opening after Thursday)

Please let me know if you want to continue with the group. If you plan to play with the golfnuts, declare your status as a regular or a sub. Thanks and I am looking forward to another outstanding golf season.
